I went to northern Maryland, and it was so much fun!!!
We rented a house while for our mini vacation and it was so nice it is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house with a view of the Patuxtent river. One bedroom had a full size bed 🛏 and the other had a bunk bed 🛏🛏 with two twin beds. The master bedroom was upstairs with a nice view of the water and it had a cute bathroom 🚽 🛁🚿🚰. The also had crab catchers so you could get them out and cook some crab 🦀. It also allows dogs 🐕. The house is a short drive to Solomon Island, MD. We also found some little critters outside while enjoying the view. There is also a military base across the water and you can sometimes see the planes landing. We went shark tooth hunting at Flag Ponds Nature Park in Lusby Maryland. We found several shark teeth and some pretty shells 🐚🐚🐚. It is beautiful but it is a long walk to get to the beach/bay from the parking lot🏖🏝. You pay to get in per car, it is a different price depending on if you live in the area or not. We also went to Annmarie Sculpture Garden and Arts Center. They had very pretty sculptures made by people in the area. Outside they had a fairy garden trail🧚♂️🧚♀️💐🌹. Also inside there is an artLAB where kids can create crafts that you can take home. There is also an upstairs with cool things and they have a gift shop. They also allow dogs 🐕 but they can’t go upstairs or near the sculptures inside on the main floor. This is a link to their website: http://www.annmariegarden.org/
I would definitely give this trip five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I would rate this for kids 5 and up.
